I often get asked, "What is Schema Coaching?" Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing bite-sized insights, tips, and education to help you understand this powerful approach. Today, let’s explore it through a problem/solution lens.

Imagine a high-powered executive, let's call him Alex. He's known for his relentless drive, his ability to tackle any challenge, and his unwavering commitment to his team. But lately, something's off. He's constantly working, his sleep is suffering, and he's becoming increasingly irritable. His team, once inspired by his energy, are now whispering about burnout.

Alex's manager notices the shift. Performance reviews and time management workshops have done little to address the underlying issue. Alex is trapped in a cycle of "unrelenting standards" and "self-sacrifice," driven by deeply ingrained schemas.

“What are schemas again?!?”
